Bartek Kiersznicki is currently the Managing Director at Polenergia Fotowoltaika, overseeing teams responsible for the comprehensive delivery of photovoltaic and energy storage services and supporting strategic board initiatives. Previously, Bartek served as the Global Head of Commercial & Business Insight at Truphone, leading the company's commercial function across global markets and fostering a data-driven culture. Additional roles at Truphone included Country Manager for Poland and Head of Commercial for eSIM/SaaS/IoT operations. Bartek’s career began at Deloitte Consulting, where responsibilities included project management and team coordination.
