Reina Daugherty

Reina Daugherty possesses a diverse background in human resources and education, currently serving as the Executive Director at Evergreen Education & Support Solutions since December 2019, while also holding various roles, including HR Consultant and HR Compliance Specialist at Trüpp. As a Psychology Instructor since September 2020 at Chemeketa Community College and Linn-Benton Community College, Reina actively contributes to the academic community. Previous experience includes consulting roles at Breanna Stephens HR Consulting and a Human Resources Recruiter position at Home Life Inc. Additionally, Reina's tenure at Western Oregon University featured support for executive leadership and various committees. Reina earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Albizu University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Organizational Leadership from Western Oregon University, complemented by a certificate in eLearning Design & Development from Renton Technical College.
