Tessa Doerfler

Tessa Doerfler, M.A., PHR, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Trüpp, where responsibilities include addressing HR inquiries, ensuring compliance with employment laws, facilitating conflict resolution, and analyzing HR metrics to provide tailored solutions for clients.
