Stephanie Hettrich

Stephanie Hettrich has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Stephanie started their career at Compendit Inc, where they served as a Recruiting and Marketing Manager, leading recruitment initiatives and corporate events. Stephanie then joined Peter Vezan Incorporated as a Business Development and International Relations Manager, where they worked on increasing market penetration and optimizing communications between clients and French wine producers.

After that, Stephanie worked at Landmark Incentive Marketing as an Account Planner, responsible for researching and planning incentive programs for top sales performers. Stephanie handled program logistics, managed vendors and properties, and ensured smooth program execution.

Stephanie then joined Aon as a Marketing & Events Manager, leading high-level conferences, tradeshows, and incentive programs. Stephanie collaborated with business units and corporate contacts to develop marketing and events strategies, and worked closely with top executives to communicate organizational objectives.

Currently, Stephanie is working at TruQua, an IBM Company, where they hold the role of Director of Recruiting. Prior to this, they served as the Talent Acquisition/Director of Recruiting and Recruiting and Marketing Manager at the same company.

Stephanie Hettrich attended Lycee Francois Couperin from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Baccalaureat Mention Bien with a field of study in Bac A1. Stephanie then went on to Connecticut College from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a BA degree. At Connecticut College, Stephanie focused on Hispanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics and Economics.
