Kelsey Erickson

Kelsey Erickson has extensive experience in sales and account management roles. Kelsey currently serves as the Head of Global Sales at TruRating, where they help companies gather feedback from customers and analyze transaction data. Prior to this, Kelsey worked at Qualtrics as an Enterprise Lead, Senior Team Lead, and Account Executive, specializing in the Midwest region. Kelsey also worked at CTI Business Travel as a Sales Manager and Regional Sales Representative, providing travel solutions to corporations. Additionally, Kelsey worked at ServiceTRAC as a Sales Coach and Sales Representative, focusing on the Home Building and Senior Living Industries. Kelsey is skilled in sales process coaching, training, and consulting.

Kelsey Erickson completed an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from Taft College from 2006 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University between 2009 and 2014.
