Megan Rapinoe

Chief Equality Officer at Trusaic

Megan Rapinoe is Trusaic's Chief Equality Officer. She facilitates and promotes the work they do in solving pay inequity at the intersections of gender, race/ethnicity, age, disability, and sexual orientation.

As a core member of Trusaic's Equality Suite, or E-Suite, Megan plays a critical role in broadcasting their combined mission of ensuring equitable pay for every working person. With her passion and conviction for pay equity and their PayParity solution, they provide employers with the tools they need to achieve workplace equity, communicate progress, and certify achievement.

Megan is recognized for her decorated professional career on the soccer field and her activism off of it. A gold-medalist and two-time World Cup champion, Megan made history alongside her teammates when they achieved pay equity for the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team.

Megan seeks to replicate her success with ensuring fair pay in soccer for the entire working world and plans to close the pay gap this decade.
