Himali Wijesinghe serves as the Consultant D&I Project Lead at The Trussell Trust since October 2020, bringing extensive experience in organizational development and diversity initiatives. Previously, at London Borough of Camden from January 2008 to March 2020, Himali led strategic projects aimed at enhancing people performance and fostering inclusive cultures, with roles including HR Advisor, learning and development specialist, and OD practitioner. From April 2004 to January 2008, Himali worked as a Learning & Development Specialist at Ofsted, where responsibilities included designing and delivering training programs and managing development projects related to the regulation and inspection of Early Years providers.
