Karen Beckwith Mba

Karen Beckwith MBA, CMgr, FCMI is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in management and counselling. Currently serving as a Therapeutic Counsellor at Counselling since June 2022 and as a Counsellor in Private Practice since October 2021, Karen also holds significant positions such as a Trustee on the Board of Christians Against Poverty and as a Foodbank Volunteer with The Trussell Trust. Notably involved with the Chartered Management Institute as a Fellow and Chartered Manager since 2007, Karen has contributed to the governance of the National Health Service England as a National Executive Committee Member from January 2020 to September 2023 and has served as a Care Navigator. Earlier roles include Chair of the Board of Trustees at CP Learning Trust, where efforts focused on enhancing learning opportunities in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, and as Executive Director at Peterborough Regional College, overseeing business services and employer engagement. Karen earned an MBA from the University of Northampton and a Diploma in Management Studies from Peterborough Regional College.
