Annette Collins

Annette Collins is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on employee relations and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Employee Relations at Trussway Manufacturing, LLC since 2019, Annette oversees employee relations for a nationwide manufacturer, conducting investigations and guiding field managers on performance issues. Previous roles include National HR Director at Griffin Dewatering, HR Manager at Action Box Company, Regional Senior HR Business Partner at Severn Trent, and roles at Tex Tube Company and The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Annette holds a BS in Spanish and Business Management from Stephen F. Austin State University and a graduate degree in HR Management from the University of Houston.
