Ivan Chen currently serves as the Director of MarTech & Digital Analytics at Trust Bank Singapore, having successfully proposed and implemented a comprehensive MarTech solution architecture within two months of joining. Previously, Ivan led a team at Citi as the Head of Analytics Enablement, focusing on business growth and customer journey optimization with various MarTech tools. Ivan's experience also includes roles as the APAC Analytics Lead at Fidelity International, where significant upgrades to digital capabilities were achieved, and the TMS Product Owner at HSBC, where Ivan facilitated real-time marketing automation by integrating online and offline data. Earlier career highlights include directing UX and analytics at IOIO Creative and serving as a digital analyst at MRM//McCann, managing multiple high-profile accounts across the APAC region. Ivan holds a Master of Science in New Media from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from South China University of Technology.
