Paul Chung

Paul Chung is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and financial oversight. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Trust Bank since November 2020, Paul previously held roles at HSBC as Senior Vice President & Head of Regulatory Compliance for Central & Retail Banking and Wealth Management. At the Singapore Economic Development Board, Paul contributed as Deputy Director, establishing a Programme Office to enhance Singapore's global status and successfully launching the Singapore Summit. Paul's earlier tenure at the Monetary Authority of Singapore included leadership positions focusing on financial surveillance, supervision of complex institutions, and corporate finance regulation. Educated at the University of Cambridge, Paul holds both a Master of Philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
