Sarah Krautheim has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sarah is currently the Senior Vice President for Public Affairs at Trust for Governors Island, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President for Public Affairs at the same organization starting from October 2018. Sarah also worked as the Director of External Relations at Trust for Governors Island from June 2016.
Before joining Trust for Governors Island, Sarah was a Board Member at Mount Holyoke Alumnae Club of NYC starting from June 2013. Sarah also worked at Urban Land Institute, where they served as the Manager for ULI New York from October 2012 to June 2016, and as an Associate for ULI Boston from August 2011 to September 2012.
Sarah Krautheim began their career as a contractor at the US EPA from July 2009 to November 2009. Sarah then worked as an intern in Construction Underwriting at Arch Insurance Group from June 2008 to August 2008.
In 2007, Sarah served as a Field Intern for Al Franken's US Senate campaign, and in 2006, they were an intern for Mike Hatch's campaign for Governor of MN.
Sarah Krautheim attended Mount Holyoke College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Sociology. In 2007, they also studied at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad, focusing on European Politics and Society.
