Tamra McCraw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate partnerships and fundraising across various nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Corporate Major Gifts Officer at the Trust for the National Mall since September 2022, Tamra plays a pivotal role in restoring and enhancing the National Mall, facilitating critical repairs through private funding and support. Previously, Tamra held key positions at the U.S. Department of State as a Senior Partnership Officer and at Share Our Strength/No Kid Hungry as Acting Director of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs and Director of New Business Development and Special Projects, focusing on combating childhood hunger. Earlier career roles include Director of Franchise Development Marketing at Choice Hotels International, Director of Partnership Marketing at E. James White Company, Sponsorship/Marketing Manager at SunFest of Palm Beach County, and Marketing and Events Manager at ProServ. Tamra’s educational background includes attendance at Virginia Intermont College.

The Trust for the National Mall is the nonprofit philanthropic partner of the National Park Service dedicated to restoring, preserving and enriching the National Mall, America's Front Yard. . We will succeed in this mission by: • Supporting the National Park Service as it undertakes the National Mall Plan, which will address park use, maintenance and facilities; • Raising the necessary funds to maintain, restore and improve the National Mall to serve as a world-class park befitting our great nation; • Connecting visitors to the National Mall's rich history; • Developing engaging programs and events that will educate and inspire current and future generations; • And funding an endowment to ensure the future maintenance and upkeep of the park.
