Rocio Bustios

Rocio Bustios is an experienced sales manager currently leading the sales activities at Trust Lending, a position held since October 2011. In this role, Rocio directs branch operations by overseeing customer service, loan generation, and the training of loan officers, while managing a team of 8+ sales direct reports. Prior to Trust Lending, Rocio served as the National Sales Manager for the Hispanic Division at Generation Mortgage Co., where responsibilities included advising on business functions and facilitating training for branch managers. Rocio's career began at CityOne Mortgage Bankers as a Senior Loan Officer, where a strong sales record and the Excellence Award were achieved through the origination of various loan types and client advisement. Rocio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistical Engineering from the University of San Martin de Porres in Lima, Peru.
