Olga Etkina Ӿ

Olga Etkina Ӿ has a long and varied career in talent acquisition and recruitment. In 2012, they began their career at Morgan Stanley, working in Private Wealth Management. In 2014, they worked at Michael Page as a Recruitment Consultant and at Radley James as an Executive Recruiter. Olga then moved to Bank of America in 2016 as a Talent Acquisition specialist. In 2018, they joined ClassPass as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner. In 2019, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at Chief, the fastest female owned business to reach unicorn status. In 2021, they founded Black Swan Careers and became a Career Strategist, and also took on the role of Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at Hiro Systems. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed Head of Talent Acquisition at Trust Machines.

Olga Etkina Ӿ is currently enrolled in an Executive Education program in Management Development at Wharton Online. Previously, they obtained a degree in Marketing from New Jersey City University.
