Sharon Cauchi

Sharon Cauchi is currently the Chief Compliance Officer at Trust Payments. Prior to this, they were with Swissquote Europe Ltd from February 2013 to April 2014 where they held the position of Accounting and Compliance Officer/ MLRO. Her responsibilities included assuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, preparing the Financial and regulatory statements, operating internal control in compliance with Group policies and guidelines, monitoring and reporting on compliance and AML Reporting processes, and performing HR Administration in liaison with the Group.

From January 2005 to January 2013, Sharon was the Key Official & Director, Finance Manager, MLRO at IGT Interactive Operation (Malta) Ltd fka Entraction Operation Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for the overall financial management of the company as well as compliance with all regulatory requirements.

From August 2002 to December 2004, Sharon was the Head of Accounts and Head of Payments Department at IGT Interactive Operation (Malta) Ltd (fka Entraction Operation Ltd). In this role, they were responsible for all accounting and payments functions within the company.

Sharon Cauchi has a diploma in banking from MITC malta, a diploma in financial services and compliance from MITC, and an A level in accounts, Maltese, and Giovanni Higher Secondary School.

They are on a team with Eric Levy - Chief of Staff & Global Head, PMO, Siobhan Wright - Group Head, HR, and Luke Borg Costanzi - Group Head, Service Delivery. Sharon Cauchi reports to Daniel Holden, CEO.
