Natalie Olsen currently serves as an Estate Administrator and formerly held the role of Estate Support Specialist at Trust Point Inc. since December 2023, focusing on administrative activities related to terminating trusts and decedent estates. Prior to this, Natalie was with RSM US LLP from November 2013 to November 2023, where the role included TESS Manager Lead, overseeing the consistency of tax return processing across multiple offices. Natalie also has extensive experience from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse (July 2007 - November 2013), serving in various administrative capacities, including Office Administrator Sr and Building Manager, as well as a Program Associate role that involved supporting the Foundation President and Board. Additional experience includes being a Sales Manager at Days Inn Hotel & Conference Center and a Realtor at Prudential Lovejoy Realty. Natalie holds a BA in English and Communication Studies from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, earned in December 2001.
