Caitlin Boyer

Caitlin Boyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data enablement and engineering management. Currently serving as the Senior Data Enablement Lead at Trust & Will since September 2025, Caitlin previously held various roles at Fundrise from June 2016 to September 2025, including Data Engineer, Engineering Manager (iOS), and Senior Product Manager. Throughout these positions, Caitlin contributed to optimizing investor engagement channels, enhancing engineering onboarding processes, and developing a Modular Dashboard framework for personalized user experiences across multiple platforms. Prior roles include a Digital Producer at agencyQ and a Buyer at C.H. Robinson. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland in 2014, complemented by training in front-end web development at General Assembly.
