Breanna Leander

Breanna Leander is a seasoned analytics professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Analytics at TruStage since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading an analytical team and overseeing the rollout of new data projects. Previously, Breanna held the position of AVP of Data & Analytics at Deere Employees Credit Union, directing the implementation of the organization’s first data warehouse and ensuring data integrity. Additional experience includes roles at John Deere, Vibrant Credit Union, Group O, and Modern Woodmen of America, with a strong focus on data analysis, project management, and leadership in analytics. Breanna holds a Master’s of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northern Illinois University.
