Previously, in the role of VP Marketing at Batteries Plus Bulbs, Cathleen led an in-house agency, directing media channel strategies and execution. Religious experience at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. included positions ranging from Vice President of Marketing to Divisional Vice President roles focusing on media buying and eCommerce, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Additional experience includes various marketing and management roles at CARSON PIRIE SCOTT, Kohl's Department Stores, Sears, Roebuck and Co., and Sterling Incorporated. Cathleen holds an MBA in Marketing from Northeastern Illinois University and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
