Erin Darmetko

Erin Darmetko has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Erin currently holds the position of Director of Information Technology at TruStage, starting in July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Allstate as a Senior Manager in the ATSV department from September 2021 to July 2022. Erin also has a long history with Amica Insurance, where they held various roles such as Senior Assistant Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Information Systems Officer, Project Delivery Manager, Integration Competency Center Section Manager, Customer Management Application Section Manager, Business Systems Analyst, IT Developer I, and IT Associate from 2002 to 2021.

Erin Darmetko holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Providence College School of Business, which was obtained between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a Concentration in Business Services at Providence College from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Erin has also obtained several certifications, including CX Professional from Forrester, Certified Agile Transformation Coach from INCREMENTOR, Professional Agile Leadership (PAL) from Scrum.org, and a Certificate in Strategic Foresight from The Futures School.
