Greg Calderiso

Greg Calderiso has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. In their most recent role as the Director of Information Technology at TruStage, they started in November 2021.

Prior to that, Greg worked at Amica Insurance for over a decade, starting in August 2008. During their time there, they held various positions, including Department Vice President, Senior Assistant Vice President, Assistant Vice President of Core Application Services, and Business Applications Services Assistant Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing talent management, employee development, organizational design, IT recruitment, and IT risk compliance. Greg also played a key role in implementing Agile methodologies, leading program increment planning, and managing strategic projects.

Before joining Amica Insurance, Greg worked as an Integration Competency Section Manager at Fidelity National Information Services from January 2011 to September 2012. Greg also worked as an Integration Specialist II at the same company from July 2008 to December 2010.

Outside of the IT industry, Greg served as a Member of the Board of Directors at The Sandra Feinstein-Gamm Theatre from November 2014 to January 2020. Greg also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Bryant University from January 2014 to November 2018.

In their earlier career, Greg worked as an Application Programmer at Fidelity National Information Services from May 2002 to July 2008, where they managed development teams and handled system integrations and upgrades.

Greg Calderiso holds a Masters in Technology Leadership from Brown University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Bryant University between 2007 and 2009. Greg also holds a BA in Management from Johnson & Wales University, which they earned from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they have attained several certifications, including Professional Agile Leadership (PAL I) from Scrum.org in 2020 and Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM) from APMG International in the same year. In 2019, Greg obtained the Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) certification from APMG International. Greg has also pursued various certifications in Digital Health Innovation through the Brown University School of Professional Studies, with the most recent being Foundations of Digital Health Innovation in 2022.
