Heather O'Connor

Heather O'Connor is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Product Delivery, Execution, and Planning at TruStage since July 2023. Prior to this role, Heather worked as a Product Owner at Bridgeway Benefit Technologies from April 2022 to July 2023 and at CUNA Mutual Group from September 2020 to April 2022. Heather's career also includes positions at Epic, where roles encompassed Quality Assurance Lead, Team Lead Manager, International Technical Program Manager in Norway, Team Lead, and Quality Assurance Specialist from July 2014 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2009 to 2014. Heather O'Connor holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a degree from Bryn Mawr College, completed in 2009.
