Jason Bay

Jason Bay has extensive experience in user experience design and web design. Jason is currently working as a User Experience Design Lead at TruStage since April 2023. Before this, they worked at CUNA Mutual Group as a Senior User Experience / Web Designer from June 2016 to May 2023. Prior to that, they were a User Experience/Web Designer at Great Wolf Lodge from October 2014 to July 2016, where they were responsible for user-centric design, interactive web design, and user experience research and testing. Jason also worked as a Web Designer at Great Wolf Lodge from January 2012 to October 2014 and as an Interactive Designer from January 2010 to January 2012. Jason started their career as an Interactive Designer at Concentre Communications in 2007 and worked there until 2008. From 2003 to 2006, they were an Interactive Designer at Web Courseworks.

Jason Bay has attended Madison Area Technical College but has not obtained a degree or specified field of study. Jason has also obtained a NN/g UX Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group in 2019.
