Jason Gross

Jason Gross serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at TruStage since July 2024 and has been an artist at JW Gross Studio since November 1996, specializing in abstract art through watercolor, mixed media, and written expression. Prior to joining TruStage, Jason Gross was the Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at ManchesterStory from July 2021 to July 2024, and held the position of Vice President of Innovation, Strategy, and Business Transformation at EMC Insurance Companies from October 2017 to September 2020, where recognition was received as an award-winning innovation leader. Jason Gross began his career at Nationwide Insurance, serving as Director and Senior Consultant in various strategic and operational roles from February 2006 to October 2017. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Iowa and a Leading Others Certificate from Drake University's Executive Education program completed in December 2020.
