Currently serving as a Business Manager at TruStage Wealth Management Consulting Services since September 2022, Kathy is responsible for overseeing securities and advisory services. Previously, from March 2007 to September 2022, Kathy held multiple roles at CUNA Mutual Group, including Compensation Manager and Finance Consultant, where responsibilities included managing compensation planning, conducting market salary analysis, and providing financial oversight for various corporate projects. Kathy began her career at Securities Corporation of Iowa as a Portfolio Analyst/Financial Researcher and has also held positions at CUNA Mutual Life Insurance Company, focusing on financial modeling, profitability analysis, and budget planning. Kathy holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
