Matt Thompson has a diverse work experience history. Matt started their career as a Sales Representative at R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, where they successfully negotiated and created a significant marketing presence for the company's product. Matt then moved on to work as a Branch Manager at American General Financial Services, where they effectively managed branch operations and increased net income across multiple locations. Matt later joined Chartway Federal Credit Union as a Consumer/Indirect Lending Manager, where they implemented technological advancements to increase gross revenue and led a team in underwriting, processing, reporting, and analytics.
