Melissa Specht is a Learning Consultant at TruStage since April 2020, specializing in assessing learning needs and developing educational materials in collaboration with business units. Prior experience includes serving as an Instructional Designer at the University of Wisconsin-Extension, where collaboration with subject matter experts led to the creation of eLearning courses on environmental topics.
