Nikole John is an experienced professional in data and analytics with a robust background in financial services. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Data & Analytics Incubation at TruStage, Nikole previously held the role of Director of Advisory Services at nCino, Inc., where responsibilities included leading a team on CECL implementation projects, managing over 200 client engagements, and collaborating across functions to enhance customer success outcomes.
