Paul Chong is a seasoned executive in the financial services industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Wealth Distribution at TruStage since March 2021, where responsibilities include defining and executing the growth strategy for Retirement, Annuities, and Wealth Management. Previously, Paul held senior leadership roles at CUNA Mutual Group from January 2013 to March 2021, overseeing Retirement and Annuities business operations and serving as P&L Owner of Retirement & Executive Benefits. Prior experience includes roles at UBS, RBP of Florida LLC, Prudential Financial, CitiStreet, and Travelers Life & Annuity, highlighting a strong track record in retirement solutions, marketing, and strategic management.
