Karren Cotiamco, CTFL, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Karren started their career at Kyocera Document Solutions Development Philippines, Inc. in 2014 as a Software Test Engineer. Karren held this role from April 2014 to December 2017.

In 2018, Karren joined TrustArc, where they have held various positions. Karren started as a QA Engineer in January 2018 and worked in this role until July 2020. Karren then transitioned to the role of QA Technical Lead, where they demonstrated their leadership skills and expertise in quality assurance. In October 2021, they were promoted to the position of Software QA Team Lead.
