John William Fuego has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. John William began their career in 2010 as an Advance Technical Support Representative at 1&1 Internet, Inc., providing support to UK and US customers regarding website functionality and email issues.
In 2011, John joined Accenture as a Network Processing Engineer, a role they held until 2014. During this time, they were involved in network processing engineering tasks.
From 2015 to 2018, John worked at Lexmark International, Inc. as a Lexmark Printer Support Specialist. In this role, they provided technical support to customers and field engineers, diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, and software.
John returned to Accenture in 2018 as a Customer Service Specialist until 2020. In this position, they provided email support to publishers in their survey account, offered JavaScript support and guidance on code implementation, and reviewed case studies from client partners.
Most recently, John joined TrustArc in 2020 as an Associate Database Analyst, where they are currently employed.
