Radu-Andrei Turcu

Radu-Andrei Turcu's work experience begins with their role as a Technical Account Manager at TrustArc, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Verifone as an Escalation Manager from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they handled T2 and T3 requests, conducted quality reviews, and trained new team members. Radu-Andrei also gained experience troubleshooting API processes and e-commerce CMS solutions. Prior to Verifone, they worked as a Help Desk Analyst at Verifone from 2020 to 2021. Radu-Andrei also held positions at Sprout Technologies Ltd as a Service Desk Analyst from 2019 to 2020, Accenture as a Help Desk Associate & Local IT SPOC from 2019 to 2019, M247 Europe as a System Engineer from 2018 to 2019, Iristel as a Network Operations Center Engineer from 2017 to 2018, and CGS (Computer Generated Solutions) as a System Network Engineer & Local IT Support from 2017 to 2017.

Radu-Andrei Turcu completed their high school education at Colegiul National "Spiru Haret" from 2012 to 2016. Radu-Andrei obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science, English Bilingual program.

In terms of additional certifications, Radu-Andrei Turcu has obtained several certifications from various institutions. In November 2019, they obtained the Mimecast Archive Technical Professional, Mimecast Gateway Technical Professional, and Mimecast Security Technical Professional certifications from Mimecast.
