Joel T. J.

Joel T. J. is an experienced advisor and creative professional with a diverse background in the entertainment, music, and technology industries. Currently serving as an Advisor on the Advisory Board for a collective of industry insiders at Trusted Advisor and as a Strategic Advisor for music technology startups at earthprogram, Joel co-founded earthprogram, focusing on artist consulting and music publishing. As the Founder and President of Synchtank, Joel developed a leading software solution for managing and licensing music and media. Previously, Joel was the Co-founder of a creative design firm, served as Creative Director for Trustkill, and played a key role in founding Watermark Records, a notable hardcore label. Joel’s educational background includes studies at multiple institutions, including the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, Temple University, and its Japan campus.
