Charles Silberbauer

Charles Silberbauer is currently employed at Kerv Communications and Compliance Practice as the EMEA support and technical lead since 2020. Prior to this, they were a Technical Project Manager at Trusted Data Solutions since 2020. From 2013 to 2020, they were the Managing Director of CSTA GROUP (PTY) LTD, where they specialized in IPC products with exclusivity in the newer Unigy platform. Charles also held the position of Director at C.S.T.A Ltd from 2013. From 2003 to 2013, they were the Director ASIA + EMEA TAC @ IPC Information Systems and the Director ASIA & EMEA TAC at IPC.

Charles Silberbauer's education history includes attending Johannesburg Technical from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained an NTC5 Electro Mechanical Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Charles also attended Roosevelt High from 1981 to 1982, where they obtained a Matric degree, and Wynberg from 1979 to 1982, where they obtained a Standard 9 degree. Charles has also obtained certifications from CompTia, IMM, IPC, Microsoft, and Verint in Information Technology, Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, Unigy, Alliance, TCS, EASE, Voice Recording (NICE + NTR), Marketing/Marketing Management, General, and MCSE, respectively. Charles'smost recent certification was obtained from Verint in April 2020.
