Joel Garcia

Joel Garcia has over 20 years of experience in the IT and communications sector. Joel began their career in 1996 as an Installation and Service Engineer for Tollring, where they were responsible for the installation and support of a cost efficient billing tariff. In 1999, they moved to Korus Systems & AVT Software Solution and served as an Installation Service/Support Engineer, responsible for installation, maintenance, and user training on IVR, Unified Messaging, and Call Processing Systems. From 2002 to 2005, Garcia worked as an Installation Engineer for Business Systems UK Ltd, where they were responsible for installations on NICE voice/screen captures 7.x, 8.1, and 8.2. From 2005 to 2014, they worked as a Systems Engineer for Orange Business Services, where they were responsible for the legacy NICE 8.x deployment life cycle. From 2018 to 2019, Garcia worked as a Project Implementation Engineer for Barclays Investment Bank. Most recently, they have been working as a System Engineer for Trusted Data Solutions since 2019.

Joel Garcia attended the University of Greenwich from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a BEng Hons in Engineering Electrical & Electronics. Prior to that, they attended Newham Community College from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a BTEC First & National Diploma in Engineering.
