Jackson Hegland

Jackson Hegland has been involved in a variety of roles in the environmental and business sectors. Jackson began their career in 2007 as the Coordinator, Environmental Strategies for ARC Resources Ltd. In 2009, they became a Board Member for Hockey Players for Kids (HP4K) and a Committee Member for the Emerging Environmental Leaders Forum. Jackson also joined the Board of the Young Environmental Professionals - Calgary chapter, where they focused on networking opportunities in the field of environment and climate change. In 2016, Jackson became the Executive Director of the Methane Emissions Leadership Alliance and the President of Modern West Advisory, Inc. Jackson also took on the role of Vice President of Trusted Dispatch Inc. in 2017 and Partner of Carbon Connect International in 2019. Most recently, in 2022, Jackson became a Board Member for B Lab U.S. & Canada.

Jackson Hegland attended Princeton University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics & Environmental Studies.
