Jacek Kilian

Jacek Kilian is currently the Head of ACT Poland at Trusted Shops, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading the Polish Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success divisions since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jacek served as a Senior Manager and Manager at passcon GmbH from November 2020 to October 2022. Jacek's experience also includes a position as Director of European Sales and Senior Account Executive - Europe at TextUs from January 2019 to September 2020 and a role as Senior Account Manager for SMB Americas at Bullhorn from December 2012 to December 2018, where Jacek developed key relationships and executed sales opportunities. Jacek began professional education at the Institute of International Affairs, obtaining a postgraduate degree in International Relations and Affairs in January 2010, followed by an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Hult International Business School in January 2012.
