Manuel Abbt

Manuel Abbt has extensive experience in data services, analytics, and business intelligence across various industries. At Trusted Shops from October 2017 to January 2020, Manuel served as Director of Data Services & Analytics, overseeing a central data department with five teams and enabling a data-driven approach through effective data architecture and tools. Prior roles include Team Leader of Business Intelligence, where the first BI team was established and cloud-based data warehouse architecture was developed, and as a Business Intelligence Analyst, focusing on deriving value from data and strategizing SaaS metrics. Before Trusted Shops, Manuel worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at ITGAIN Consulting GmbH, advising large financial institutions on data warehousing, and served as a Database Administrator and research assistant at the University of Tübingen, where MySQL environments were planned and optimized. Earlier in career development, Manuel was self-employed, leading the creation of an international e-learning platform, and holds a Diplom in Informatik from the University of Tübingen.
