Rogers Pereira

Rogers Pereira currently serves as the Engineering Chief of Staff at Trusted Health since January 2022, focusing on optimizing collaboration and accelerating growth within the engineering team. Previously, Rogers held the position of Brazil Country Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and addressing team needs within a global context. Rogers co-founded Magrathea Labs, serving as CEO from March 2017 to December 2021, leading a team of expert consultants to assist scale-up technology companies in overcoming growth obstacles. Additional experience includes roles in sales and business development across various companies such as Philips Latin America, where Rogers managed key accounts, and educator positions at INESA. Rogers holds an MBA in Strategic Sales Management from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade da Região de Joinville.
