Jeffery Stutzman has a long and varied career in the field of cyber security. Jeffery began their career in 1996 as an Intelligence Officer for the US Navy. From 2001 to 2005, they worked for Cisco Systems as an IT Project Manager overseeing global risk analysis and management, cyber investigations, and due diligence supporting mergers and acquisitions. In 2005, they joined Northrop Grumman IT as Senior Manager of Cyber Threat Analysis and Intelligence, and Chief Information Security Officer of the Northrop Grumman Electronics Sector. In 2008, they began working at the Software Engineering Institute of Carnegie Mellon University as a Principal Engineer, and at the same time, they were appointed as the DCISE Director of the DoD Cyber Crime Center. In 2012, they founded Wapack Labs, a hands-on intelligence and analysis end of the Red Sky Alliance operation. In 2017, they founded Trusted Internet LLC, a managed security service provider modeled after the Trusted Internet Connections employed by the US Government. In 2022, they began working as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Jeffery Stutzman attended Excelsior University from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a BS in Liberal Sciences. Jeffery then attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2003 to 2003, where they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2011, they attended Harvard Kennedy School, where they were a Senior Executive Fellow.
