Navaneetharaja Mariadoss has a strong background in financial application and information technology management. Starting in 2022, they worked as a Financial Application Lead at TMB (Trusted Media Brands), where they partnered with Finance and Accounting to improve business processes and automate tasks. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2022, Mariadoss served as a Senior Information Technology Manager and Information Technology Manager at HCL America, Inc., leading Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and managing project deliverables. Navaneetharaja also held positions at Hitachi Consulting, Birla soft, Collabera Inc., Ledger Solutions, and CIG Solutions, where they gained experience in Oracle financial implementation, data conversion, and functional consulting. Mariadoss has expertise in areas such as general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, cash management, and chart of accounts design.

Navaneetharaja Mariadoss has a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Madurai Kamaraj University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from THE AMERICAN COLLEGE between 1996 and 1999. In 2006 to 2009, Navaneetharaja Mariadoss pursued further education in Accounting and Finance at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they earned an Inter degree. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to Oracle Financials Cloud and R12 Oracle EBS Fundamentals from Oracle, with the most recent certification obtained in 2021. Navaneetharaja Mariadoss intends to pursue a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) degree starting in 2023.
