The team includes the Chief Financial Officer, who has experience working at Cengage Learning, and the EVP CFO / COO, who has experience working at American Media, Inc. The team also has a President and CEO, who has experience working at Vertis Communications, and a Member Board of Directors for IMAG, who has experience working at MPA - The Association of Magazine Media. Finally, the team includes a Co Founder and Board Member for Off Assignment, and an SVP, General Manager for Everyday Health, Inc.
