Wes Roper

Wes Roper has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and business fields. Wes began their career in 1996 as an Engineer at Rosemount. Wes then moved to Cypress Semiconductor in 1998 as a Principal Design Engineer. In 2002, they became an Engineering Manager at Honeywell Aerospace. In 2016, they joined Executives in Motion as a Board Member, FranNet as President of Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota, and Crossroads Career Services as a Leadership Team Member, Business Advisor, Job Search Support, Alumnus, and Networker. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Trusted Semiconductor Solutions as Vice President of Engineering.

Wes Roper has a comprehensive educational background. Wes earned their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University in 1995. Following this, they received their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2000. Finally, they completed their MBA in Management & Finance from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business in 2008.
