Julian Lipinski

Julian Lipinski is an experienced legal and business advisor with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, as well as equity investment and company building. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for TRUSTEQ GmbH since April 2023, Julian also holds the position of Managing Partner at Phillian and has been a Partner at Exceleration since June 2016, focusing on growth for smaller to mid-sized companies through active participation. Previously, Julian was CEO & Partner at Creative Dock, overseeing innovation and startup execution for multinational corporations, and held leadership roles at Gas-Union and Uniper Energy Sales, managing large volumes of energy sales. Julian's academic credentials include master's degrees in International Law from Kutafin Moscow State Law University and International and European Law from Université Pierre Mendès-France, along with a bachelor’s degree in Law from Université Jean Moulin.
