Jack Smith

Jack Smith has extensive experience in cloud operations and project engineering, currently serving as Cloud Ops at Trustgrid since January 2017, where the focus is on optimizing cloud services for performance, security, and availability within hybrid ecosystems. Prior to this, Jack held the position of Senior Project Engineer at GCS Technologies, Inc. from July 2009 to September 2017 and worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at EGM-Tech from November 2007 to July 2009. In these roles, Jack effectively managed user workstations in an Active Directory environment, designed and deployed infrastructure based on client needs, and oversaw complex projects including system conversions for financial institutions, backup systems management, and installation of communication solutions.
