Clay Hillenburg has extensive work experience spanning various leadership and sales roles in the home improvement industry. Clay is currently the Vice President of Residential Sales at TruStile Doors. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Sales Manager at Cabinetworks Group from 2019 to 2021 and as the Director of Channel Marketing at Fortune Brands Home & Security from 2017 to 2019. Clay also spent a significant portion of their career at Masco Corporation, where they held positions such as Senior Channel Marketing Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Territory Account Manager, Project Manager, District Sales Manager, and Retail Sales Merchandiser. Additionally, Clay gained valuable experience through an internship at The Walt Disney Company, specifically in the Outdoor Foods division at Epcot.
Clay Hillenburg holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Marketing at the University of Southern Indiana.
