Dalton Burns

Dalton Burns is a Manufacturing Engineer at TruStile Doors since June 2023, responsible for creating and implementing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as a Quality Engineer at Innovative Injection Technologies from January 2021 to June 2023, where Dalton developed standardized procedures and led quality improvement initiatives. As IMU Facility Event Director at the University of Iowa from August 2016 to July 2020, Dalton coordinated events and ensured customer satisfaction. Experience as Suspension Engineer for the University of Iowa Baja SAE involved directing a team in design and testing automotive components using CREO software. Dalton also worked as a Project Engineer at Newell Machinery and gained sales and management experience at AutoZone. Dalton holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering Design from the University of Iowa, obtained in 2020.
