Juan Gomez-Sanchez

Juan Gomez-Sanchez is the CISO Advisor at TrustMAPP. Juan was previously the Chief Security Officer at Lennar from May 2015 to September 2021. Juan has also served as the National Practice Manager - Risk and Compliance at World Wide Technology from October 2013 to May 2015, and as the Chair of the C|CISO Board of Advisors at EC-Council.

Juan has extensive experience in all aspects of physical and information security, and has been responsible for security initiatives in support of 6 lines of business, over 10,000 associates and 1200 locations operating in 20 US states and 44 markets. Juan has also overseen security risk and compliance management, security architecture, and the development of a portfolio of shared enterprise services that includes physical security, security awareness, incident response, IAM, application security, BC/DR, security monitoring, and litigation support.

Juan Gomez-Sanchez earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University. Juan is certified by the PCI Security Standards Council as a Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP), and by EC-Council as a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO). Juan is also certified by (ISC)2 as an Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP), and by ISACA as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Juan is also certified by (ISC)2 as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and by the PCI Security Standards Council as a Payment Card Industry - Qualified Security Assessor (PCI-QSA) - Expired.
