Janice Matthies

Janice Matthies is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in customer relationship management and Microsoft applications. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Technology at Trustmark, Janice leads the CRM delivery team focused on enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce capabilities. Previous roles include IT Digital Workplace Manager and IT Microsoft Solutions Architect at Reynolds Consumer Products, overseeing End User Computing and Microsoft applications technology. Janice's expertise extends to middleware integration, having worked as a Middleware Specialist/Cloud Integration Developer at UL, and has held various CRM administration positions at Carrington Mortgage Services, Senior Lifestyle, and LifeWatch. Janice holds an MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and multiple degrees in business-related fields from Columbia College, North Park University, and College of Lake County.
